Conduit Advisors is a consulting and recruiting firm focused on providing strategic advice to the financial advisor community concerning transitioning to a new broker dealer, investment advisory firm, and/or custodian platform. In the course of consulting with financial advisors, Conduit communicates competitive intelligence covering the wirehouse, regional, independent broker dealer, and RIA landscape(s). Additionally, Conduit partners with firms who have expertise within independent advisory M&A,, practice management, succession planning, and business valuation disciplines. Our value-add is based upon our deep understanding and relationships within the financial advisory ecosystem consisting of wirehouses/banks as well as independent financial advisory firms; complex managers, OSJs, regional managers, branch managers, in-house recruiting departments; and traditional/alternative asset management groups. Our CEO, Louis Hanna, has over twenty-five (25) years of diverse financial services industry experience including senior executive positions with Summit/Cetera, IFP/LPL, Coastal, ING Furman Selz, Paradigm Funds, American Independence Funds, and Corigin Holdings. He first entered the industry as a financial advisor with Shearson Lehman Brothers. As a former lawyer, wholesaler, and financial advisor he understands all of the facets of the decision-making process surrounding transitioning to a new firm including but not limited to compensation, deal structure, up-front money, transition capital, product/practice mix, deferred compensation, and business development support. Conduit Advisors serves as the pipeline between financial advisors, competitive intelligence, and opportunities to transition within the financial advisory space. We are an independent and unbiased advocate for financial advisors, branch managers, and complex managers contemplating transitioning to a new firm and/or advisory channel.
