About Confindustria Serbia

Confindustria, founded in 1910, is the main association representing manufacturing and service companies in Italy, with a voluntary membership of more than 150.000 companies of all sizes, employing a total of 5.440.873 people. Confindustria has followed and stimulated the growth and modernization of the market, and has been able to adapt to the economic trends and the needs of its members in a globalized world. As a matter of fact since 2002 Confindustria has started opening its international representative offices establishing its branches in the countries where most of the Italian companies were experiencing the internationalization Confindustria Serbia was established in Belgrade in 2012 with then 70 member companies. In almost five years of work, Confindustria Serbia amplified its own network and counts today more than 150 members, manufacturing and service companies. Confindustria Serbia is also part of the umbrella organization Confindustria Est Europa together with the associations operating in Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia and Montenegro. Working mainly on topics like Economic politics, Social politics and labor market, International competitiveness; the main goal of Confindustria is to provide member companies with the necessary tools of connection and information towards national and international institutions as well as local and international businesses. Through its service company, Confindustria Serbia also serves non-member companies interested in the Serbian market or looking for reliable partners for the further development of their business.
