Founded in 1998 by our CEO Liz Syms the Essex-based company has now grown to over 70 employees with over 300 nationally based advisers. Initially starting the company within a letting agency, Liz soon transformed the business into becoming a specialist in the Buy-to-let (BTL) market, which still represents a large part of the business today.
