Founded in 2018, Connect Resources has become a specialist provider of recruitment and labour hire solutions in civil infrastructure and mining in Western Australia. Our team of Recruitment Consultants have substantial experience working onsite on civil construction projects, local and regional, and on mine sites across Australia. We have worked in global recruitment agencies, engineering and construction companies, major contractors, and subcontractors. We have proven experience in providing quality labour to many large-scale commercial projects including Perth Airport, The Gateway Project, Northlink 2 and 3, Armadale Access Alliance, Mitchell Freeway, Bussell Highway duplication, and WA’s first Smart Freeway. We have also assisted in the completion of iconic commercial and residential projects around the CBD, including Kings Square and Elizabeth Quay. We are aligned with many of Perth’s main Civil contractors in subdivision works. We have run a number of Women in Civil Programs upskilling women through our sister training company to work onsite in Operator roles and include in our staff Ambassadors for Women in Civil. We have assisted a number of organisations in increasing their indigenous workforce. We have recently opened an office in Brisbane, also operating in the civil construction blue collar space, along with our NSW Office which has been up and running for over 12 months now.
