About Connecting Through Rhythm

Connecting Through Rhythm is a grassroots Community Impact Organization in Oklahoma City working to stop deaths from suicide and overdose by tackling the root causes of isolation, trauma, and disconnection. We run peer-led programs that mix evidence based practices like music, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, drum circles, yoga and expressive arts to create safe spaces where people rebuild connection, resilience, and purpose. We're building the first ever Community Center of this type right here in Oklahoma City. In our first proof-of-concept, hundreds of participants confirmed impact with zero funding. Now we’re ready to scale. We’re looking for partners and funders who want to invest in innovative, community-based solutions that save lives. Let’s talk if you believe connection is prevention.
