We are a multi–talented firm with experience working on developments ranging from single family subdivisions featuring starter homes to multi-million dollar custom homes. From small multi-family rehab developments to large multi-family developments with over 200 units and 12 million dollars. We are experienced in dealing with conventional financing as well as public/private financing through agencies such as Housing & Urban Development (HUD); US Department of Agriculture - Rural Housing Service (RHS); SC State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SCSHFDA)- Sec. 42 Tax Credits, Housing Trust Fund, HOME; Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program (AHP); Federal Housing Administration (FHA); Veterans Administration (VA); and others.
