About Connexxo

One-stop-shop for everything around Organisational Adaptability, Agility and Lean: training, coaching, mentoring, facilitation. Connexxo is a consulting and training company based in Munich and Milan. We combine the ideas of Agility, Lean and modern organisational development in order to reach synergies that make a difference. We help our clients to implement innovative ways to develop sound products and organisational processes. In addition to our public courses we offer a wide range of in-house training programmes supported by coaching, mentoring and facilitation services, all in the languages English, German and Italian. Our consultants and coaches are trained in the specific techniques, the majority of them certified as trainers and coaches by renowned international organisations. We offer standard and advanced training for product developers, leadership roles and management. Our training catalogue includes courses with certifications by the Society for Adaptive Organisations and Scrum Alliance. Connexxo is a centre of expertise on modern leadership, specifically Host Leadership. Company owner Pierluigi Pugliese is a prominent member of the international Host Leadership community and co-editor of the second book published on that topic. Methodologically, the company promotes ELSE (the Emergent Large-Scale Evolution, a set of principles for creating organisational adaptability at scale, that we are co-developers of), LeSS, and ideas from the work of Lean masters such as Shigeo Shingo and the ‘Shingo Model’ derived from his work. Connexxo is also a competence centre for the implementation of agile methods in areas other than software. Pierluigi Pugliese is one of the first twenty certified trainers in the world for Scrum in Hardware.
