Conopeotis in 1999 to provide Project Management Services to the commercial real estate industry as an independent firm that represents the best of class in the marketplace. ConopCo’s philosophy is to be the very best at one service model, and as an industry leader in the Chicago real estate community, ConopCo has transformed the delivery of commercial space with our innovative and unique Integrated Project Management Approach. Over the past 13 years ConopCo has been involved in over 105 tenant interior projects and over 30 ground up suburban developments. We have amassed over 6 million square feet of successful tenant interior and build to suit projects, with a volume of $660 million. We return significant cost savings to our clients on their projects while utilizing our Integrated Project Management Approach. As an independent consultant, we are able to truly act as an extension of our clients' staff with no conflict of interest.
