The conscious collaboratory® is designed to be agile and skillful as we navigate an ever-changing world. Broad tensions — global, climate, political, structural, racial, educational, economic, and health — have redefined what it means to “be well.” Leaders must meet changing demands from their organization and also withstand forces (e.g., hurricanes, fires, or changes in law and governance) where they have no influence or control. In these complex situations, leaders must practice exploring, calibrating, and assessing possibilities across many contexts simultaneously. How do they navigate these tensions?
