With a focus on finance and accounting and shared services / GBS, Consider advises on optimizing global end-to-end business processes, GBS operating models, business partnering, organization and roles, performance management, technology, managing risk and simplifying compliance. Consider Solutions was born out of a fundamental truth. While businesses are increasingly reliant on technology, the commercial agenda of tech vendors regularly drives them to add more features, more functions and more complexity.
