Consortea is a boutique executive level resourcing and recruitment business working across the Media, Sport and Entertainment sectors. It has successfully completed many assignments across its vertical markets in the key job disciplines in the UK, Europe and Internationally. Established in 2000, Consortea have been using their knowledge and expertise to provide Client-led executive Resourcing in its chosen sectors. Principal activities include Search (Headhunting), where a specific brief is taken from a Client to source, interview, assess and select appropriate candidates to meet a pre-defined remit. Our activities are complemented by advertising, psychometric assessment and personality profiling - as well as remuneration and relocation advice. We support all our activities with inherent sector knowledge and gathered market intelligence to offer Clients genuine advice and guidance when they seek to appoint, acutely aware that we are providing something very tangible, over and above what can be feasibly done in-house.
