About Consorzio Leonardo Servizi e Lavori - Stable Consortium Cooperative Society
The Consorzio Leonardo Servizi (today Consorzio Leonardo Servizi e Lavori - CLSL) was established on 5 August 2004 with the aim of aggregating the experience and professionalism of companies operating in the "soft" service sector (cleaning, porterage, concierge) in order to offer the market the global service activity to these referred. Since 2011, the Consortium has expanded its offer by virtue of the entry into the consortium of new companies belonging to the construction and maintenance sector. The primary purpose for which it was set up, therefore, is to grow its companies both from an economic and a technical point of view. In fact, the CLSL has a common business organization that coordinates the activities of the consortium members, promoting their development and rationalization; these activities (services, works and supplies) are entrusted and therefore carried out by the consortium members themselves without resorting to subcontracting and use. To improve coordination and control, the Consortium has obtained ISO 9001 certification in order to ensure maximum reliability and professionalism in the execution of the works, in the provision of services and supplies. Starting from February 2013, adapting to the regulations laid down by Legislative Decree 163/2006 art. 36 "stable consortia" and in accordance with the provisions of law 207/2010, has assumed the status of Consortium Stable, thus obtaining the SOA certification issued by SOA MEDITERRANEA Spa and since March 2018 it has become a Stable Consortium Cooperative, attesting with ESNA-SOA. The Consortium makes it possible to minimize the use of subcontracting thus offering services, works and supplies at costs that exclude additional percentages for "general contractor" and therefore refer entirely to the activity.
