About Constanta International Conducting Masterclass

Taught by Gaddiel Dombrowner and with the collaboration of the Constanta State Opera Orchestra & soloists, this 5 days Masterclass takes place in the beautiful city of Constanta in Romania. The masterclass is designed to help conductors at all stages of their career to improve their conducting skills, with no age limit. This Masterclass was made possible with the kind partnership of "Thalassa Film & Music" and its director Remus Munteanu. Over the course of the week, the conductors will receive daily podium time to enrich their craft and learn from other colleagues, and will conduct at the final concert with the orchestra. The repertoire focuses on symphonic as well as operatic works. During the afternoons, the conductors will receive additional advice while reviewing the videos of the same day and will have time to discuss other musical subjects with Maestro Dombrowner. (All conducting sessions and concert are being filmed, as well as professional pictures will be taken, and all given eventually to the students for free). During the rest of his free time, Gaddiel is happy to talk to each conductor about general advice to help them promote themselves to orchestras, managers, improve their bio, find ways to be more visible on social media etc... He sees great importance in finding time to sit with each one of the conductors and help them figure out ways to promote their career.
