Constantine Commercial Construction, LLC was formed in 1988 in Baltimore, Maryland, and has steadily grown into one of the area’s larger construction firms, specializing in, but not limited to, tenant fit-outs. Focusing on hard work, trust, service, quality, and developing lasting relationships with our customers has allowed us to continually grow in a positive direction over the years. We feel that by setting high standards for quality, integrity, and ethics, we can achieve the best possible results for a finished product we can turn over to our customers, proudly and on time. Our philosophy of maintaining accurate cost controls, schedules, and higher standards of quality for all our projects has allowed us the opportunity to assemble a very high-end customer base from which we are constantly expanding. We have brought together a nucleus of project managers, superintendents, carpenters, and helpers who share a common vision of putting the customers’ wishes and needs first, along with cost-reducing methods, accurate budgeting, computer-generated tracking programs, schedules, and flexibility when dealing with client changes. Being able to fast-track a project efficiently and competitively from a cost and production standpoint has further solidified our place in the construction market. The comfort level our clients feel in working with us has been achieved over the years with quick response, and proactive measures resulting from on-time deliveries of projects within budgeted cost. Our desire to put the customers’ needs first has led to a repeat business that increases annually. We feel that maintaining the most qualified personnel available in the industry, allows us to develop a solid team approach that can take on the most rigorous projects and schedules and complete them efficiently, competitively, within budget, and on time.
