Imagine a targeted website that offers connections to people who work in the commercial development world. A place to research professionals and create a team who can make a project happen. A place to control the exchange of documents, information and real estate listings. One website with multiple functions designed to shorten the cycle of development. We did imagine it! As co-workers in a small architectural firm in Round Rock, Texas we began brainstorming ways to generate more business and the idea of connecting industry professionals early on in the life of a project was born. That idea produced the ConstructAteam search engine which will generate a list of targeted professionals for a project by answering a series of questions. Twenty-two targeted roles are accommodated in the membership data base. Because every project needs property, it seemed logical that Real Estate Listings should be a major component of the site. Listing properties on ConstructAteam.com gives the Broker or Agent an audience of like-minded individuals. Ateams can be created to share a listing with selected members privately. A simple click of the mouse will convert the private or pocket listing to a public listing. The third major component of the website is the ability to securely exchange and store documents. Multiple types of documents, photos and drawings can be shared inside an Ateam of selected invited members. The files uploaded are protected with 3 layers of security. By optimizing communication and the overall process of commercial development, ConstructAteam.com enhances opportunities to complete projects with control and efficiency.
