Richard Aerlic, Founder and Director of Constructing Talent has more than 25 years' experience working in various managerial roles in the construction industry across Tier 1, 2 and 3 organizations as well as previously owning and operating his own building and subcontracting companies. Richard has built a wealth of experience in what works well and what doesn't. The common trait seen across all business is it's only as good as its people. Constructing Talent is founded on the belief that finding the right fit for a role is more complex than just finding the most talented person available at the time.
