Richard Aerlic, Founder and Director of Constructing Talent has more than 25 years' experience working in various managerial roles in the construction industry across Tier 1, 2 and 3 organizations as well as previously owning and operating his own building and subcontracting companies. Richard has built a wealth of experience in what works well and what doesn't. The common trait seen across all business is it's only as good as its people.
