UH CM has a simple vision to be the industry’s university programTM. Listening to the industry needs and training industry-ready graduate is our single focus. UH CM has proudly partnered with and served the construction industry since the 1950s, while growing into one of the largest construction education programs in the country with over 800 students. We offer a bachelor’s, an online master degree, and professional certificate programs in Construction Management. The undergraduate program is accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE). In addition to the commercial construction specialization, students can also choose to specialize in Process & Industrial Construction, the first of its kind in the nation. 800 undergraduates, 50 graduate CM major students Supported and trusted by over 250 Industry Advisory Board member companies and internship employers 130 graduates each year (65% commercial & 35% industrial) 100% graduates AIC certified as Associate Constructor (AC) 100% graduates with approved CM internship experience Major courses offered after 4pm so intern can work year-round 90%+ job placement rate upon graduation Average starting salary: $58,400 (undergraduate students) & $83,600 (graduate students)
