WHAT WE DO: The Construction Mastery Institute is an eLearning website comprised of 10 minute easy to follow Modules with working exercises that build upon each other to create learning Sessions. The Sessions are targeted around specific subjects and form Courses. A Course lasts between 3 and 6 hours depending upon the workbook exercise. The Courses are on-demand, available 24-hours a day and are self-paced. Learners are able to pause modules at their convenience and high-end technology is not necessary. Basic internet access, audio, and video capabilities are the only requirements. The convenience of the on-line format allows employees to remain at the jobsite, making training convenient, affordable and less disruptive to company operations.
