We make design and construction projects work better. Our greatest strength is that we are truly independent. We are leaders in using BIM to integrate and coordinate the design, construction, and property supply chain. We take a friendly and collaborative approach to our work. We work as part of teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. We help create innovative solutions that sympathise with the surrounding environment. Our vision is that two dimensional drawing based designs are replaced by digital three dimensional data driven designs. Digital designs stored on central design hubs and are always live and always current making them superior to drawings which are aged as soon as they are printed. The transfer of project scope up and down the supply chain is completed digitally and with complete visibility and transparency for the client. One of Construction Workshop’s goals is to eliminate frictional costs and scope gaps as designs are transferred within the supply chain. Our vision is to have a complete suite of integrated design, construction, and property management and coordination products and services that are integrated within a digital driven design and central design hub. With our four offices in three time zones, we have people working almost all the time, which means we can get things done fast.
