About Constructive Design Services

I have had the privilege of custom designing interiors and estate homes over the past 30 years. My goal when working with a new client is to find out exactly how they live and what they are about in order to provide the backdrop for their everyday lives. I understand construction and I am able to translate my client's ideas into reality with detailed drawings, great subcontractors, and complete follow through. I graduated the top in my class at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida in 1987, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Space Planning. I went on to complete the NCIDQ in 1992 and I worked for a boutique architect and then bank design firm before I launched Constructive Design Services in 1997. In 2000 we moved to St. Petersburg where I have enjoyed raising my children while working on a few small projects. I have worked with Jeff Forsyth of Atlanta, Georgia, exclusively over the past 20 years, building custom cabinetry and one of a kind furnishings. Tammy and Shelby Rehnke, an incredibly talented mother and daughter team, have recently joined me.
