We’re here to help consumers get back the money they’re owed from rule-breaking businesses. We are free to use, independent and unbiased. We tell consumers when the companies they buy from have broken the law. We help consumers easily work out whether they’re entitled to compensation and how to claim Our mission is to make access to justice easy for consumers. From our research we know that half of the UK population have little to no awareness of group claims as a route to correcting problems and claiming compensation. We want to help spread the word by providing unbiased information and advice directly to consumers about all of the group claims happening in the UK. We will make it easy for consumers to get back what they're owed and hold companies to account when they do things wrong. We want to be the first place people come to find out what they need to know, and join forces with others who are also seeking recompense. We will keep consumers updated on the latest developments in group claims, saving them time and hassle so they never miss out and are always in the know. We will connect consumers to the law firms that are acting on their behalf – at no cost to the consumer. We want to hear from you if you’re part of a law firm that represents claimants in group actions. As the first, dedicated site for consumers to hear about all group claims we want to help you by promoting every single claim, providing consumers with the latest news and updates and ensuring we direct all eligible claimants to sign up to your claim. As consumer experts we know how important it is to get communications and engagement with your audience right from the start.
