Contemplate is an online gallery dedicated to promoting and selling limited edition, signed, and numbered works by Portuguese designers, photographers, and artists. Our concept stems from the desire to bring young Portuguese individuals closer to the art market, fostering a love for acquiring original pieces and limited editions at affordable prices. We introduce a new way to purchase art and design pieces: online, uncomplicated, with a carefully curated pre-selection attentive to contemporary art and design trends. We collaborate with some of the most interesting and vibrant young national artists, working with a carefully selected portfolio that aims to expand with the project. Another significant promise is transparency throughout the entire process: we partner with small national suppliers (from production to delivery and framing), contributing not only to the development of the cultural sector but also to the fabric of these micro-businesses, with fair prices and margins for all involved. Furthermore, as this is a project primarily aimed at young people and those eager to acquire pieces to accompany them in their daily lives, it may also signify an interest in future development of an art collection.
