Contemplor & Stone brings construction knowledge, design skill and property expertise to your project. As chartered building surveyors, we work on behalf of corporations, private enterprise, developers, purchasers, sellers and homeowners. We can be part of a team but also have the skills needed to take over total project management, providing a single, trusted, point of contact. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and work in line with the RICS ethos of delivering consistent standards of professionalism with trust and integrity. We have the vision to take your project in directions you may not have thought possible and develop solutions to problems you thought could never be solved. As part of our commitment to bringing clients the best possible service, we have an ongoing programme of investment in the latest technology and training. We are among only a handful of building surveyors that are able to offer both visual and thermographic building surveys: our thermal imaging surveys detect areas of moisture and damp that may not be visible to the naked eye and our 3D data reality capture scanners generate the information needed to create highly accurate measurements of buildings, infrastructure and more. We work throughout the UK but with a particular focus on offering building survey services in London and the south east of England. From a loft conversion in Blackheath to the renovation of a grade 1 listed shop front in Rye or a full thermographic survey and 3D data reality capture in the City of London, we are here to work with you, bringing our diligence and integrity to projects of any size and scope.
