About Continental Field Systems
A History of Excellence. CFS was founded by Dieter Christoph who opened the southeast office in Savannah, Georgia in 1979. At the time, CFS was known as Continental Field Machining South but in 1990 was officially changed to Continental Field Systems. In 1997, Erich Christoph, son of the company's founder, stepped in to the leadership role furthering his father's legacy of company growth and success. Just three short years later, CFS solidified its position by instating a formalized welding program and since then has made impressive strides as one of the foremost machining and welding companies in operation today.At CFS, our business is based on this simple fact: your job is our reputation. Our work for you is completed on time, in budget, and we get it right the first time - period.
