About Continuum Help Foundation

What started as a shared vision among friends over a decade ago has grown into a social service organization that has helped to empower and enrich the lives of hundreds of people with disabilities in Washtenaw County and surrounding areas. Located in Ypsilanti MI, Continuum Help Foundation was formally established in 2018 as a grass roots effort to support transitional aged youth and their families. Our services are designed to increase socialization and help maximize potential by providing post high school opportunities to help individuals integrate and thrive in existing business communities. Continuum Help Foundation exists to serve people with all disabilities by offering a sense of community and shared responsibility in our daily success. We work with those of differing abilities and provide access to a variety of supportive services including hot meals, benefits counseling, skill building and paid work experiences. Over the years we have worked hard and committed ourselves to creating person centered opportunities for vulnerable individuals by providing a safe and structured work ordered day. We are excited to continue our journey as we expand our services and continue to enhance the lives of the families we serve.
