About Continuum Support Care Services
Continuum Support is a family-owned company established in 2013, built on a foundation of care, empathy, and commitment to supporting young people. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted provider of high-quality care and support for children and young people across the Northwest. As a family-run organisation, we place great value on creating a close-knit, supportive environment for both the young people in our care and our staff. Our ethos is to provide nurturing, person-centred support that empowers young people to achieve their full potential, and we extend the same values of care and development to our employees. Our Residential Children’s Homes in Warrington, St Helens and Widnes offer safe, structured, and nurturing environments for children aged 6-18. We also provide Support Accommodation Across the St. Helens, Warrington, Ellesmere Port and Winsford area's. We offer a service to young people aged 16-18 who are preparing for leaving care and need to learn independence and self-sufficiency. The focus of our work is to guide and encourage young people to adopt a positive lifestyle that will keep them safe and productive. We provide guidance around practical skills within the household, financial management, work to reduce risk of exploitation and criminality, promote good citizenship, community integration, employment and healthier lifestyles. The work undertaken to support life skills and practical tasks is underpinned by working on building resilience and self-esteem so that young people are not only equipped with the necessary practical skills for life and becoming tenancy ready but are also emotionally prepared for adulthood.
