Our Mission is providing clients with professional solutions process management and archiving of documents. So that they can achieve great business benefits such as reduced costs, increased revenues and security. For almost 10 years, we are realizing IT projects of strategic importance for our Customers. We believe that the success of our projects is ensured by three basic pillars, which support our activities: SPECIALIZATION We are the manufacturer and supplier of the most often installed and integrated system of electronic, processing, archiving, management of processes and document flow in Poland – CONTMAN DIRECTOR. We specialize in enabling quick access to any business document, regardless of its place and method of creation. We operate on Polish market since 2000, focusing only on building and integrating electronic Document Management Systems (DMS) and electronic flow of documents - Workflow (BPM). COMPETENCY Each module of CONTMAN DIRECTOR is our own component with full control of source code and open programming interface (API). Thanks to this fact, we are able to react flexibly to our Customers’ orders and integrate with any 3rd party software. Our installations are characterized by high technical level. EXPERIENCE Our team is a group of devoted professionals, who gained their knowledge and experience in CONTMAN Sp. z o.o. working with several hundred projects made for the largest organization in Europe.
