With over 30 years of experience as a Tier 1 supplier to the Auto, Truck, and High Performance industries, we specialize in complex and difficult parts that require a scientific approach. Since its founding in 1986, Contour has been a pioneer in high power, high frequency induction hardening technology, with award winning quality and on-time delivery. Today, we apply that expertise to a broad range of thermal processing services in two global locations - our Indianapolis, IN headquarters and in Silao, Mexico. With a full staff of professional metallurgical, mechanical, and electrical engineers and state-of-the-art metrology labs in both facilities, we can meet the toughest challenges of the modern parts industry and find solutions for our customers in real time. At Contour, quality is paramount. We are IATF 16949 certified, as well as ISO 9001 and CQUI9 compliant. Our shops are environmentally controlled and automated to provide the best possible process accuracy and repeatability. We are focused on driving value to our customers and offer secondary services, including dimensional inspection, rust preventative, shot peening, and parts washing. We provide the full range of parts management, from single operations to complete, finished parts shipped directly to the line.
