Contract Personnel, Inc. (CPI) is a staffing support service firm founded in 1989 by our President, Jeff Podrat. Our primary focus is to fill our client's staffing needs by locating candidates that match current job requirements while helping job seekers locate positions that meet their skills, desired location and salary needs. Placements can be either direct hires, contract to direct and contract assignments. CPI staff is dedicated to high principals and we believe that matching the skills and needs of our employees with the needs of our clients has been a significant part of our success. We work with our clients as well as our contract employees every step of the way, making sure they receive the support and services required. Our staff strives to build a long lasting business relationship with both our clients and our employees. We are located a few miles from downtown Pittsburgh, PA. Our main function is the placement of technical personnel, however many of our clients also rely on us to provide other staffing needs.
