David A. Shaggy formed Contraria Development© after working in real estate for 30 years, to pursue new projects in locations that make geographic and economic sense. The Company is focused on alternative ways of doing business and supports a broader view of multiple industries to enhance the standard business practice. It is focused on bringing forth new schools, sports related ventures and specialty projects in addition to standard ventures in the office, retail and industrial space.
