Supporting people who make a difference for others! Running our own business is utter madness. Yet many of us do it because we know it is a great way to DO & BE what we want to see in the world. We also enjoy working on our own terms. But it's hard work, and anyone with a shred of sanity probably went and got a job. Now here we are, working for ourselves, because we have people we want to help. The most purpose inspired people I know are running their own businesses. Often they are so busy working IN the business, helping others, they de-prioritise time to work ON their businesses. Many aren't taking sufficient time to look after themselves. That's where I come in! I believe everyone can work well, with vitality and vibrancy, working sustainably for the long term. During the great Covid pivot, I was searching for new ways to use my extensive voluntary & community sector development management knowledge & experience. The work I do here is based on the effective planning and sustainability principles that I developed and utilised over 20 years or so. In that time I have been encouraging and supporting people & organisations to weave their dreams and visions into tangible reality. To complement my development management qualifications and coaching experience, I certified as an Embodiment Coach in 2023. Why embodiment? The body is where our untapped wells of wisdom lie - building greater awareness helps us make more useful choices. Working with the body, we can side step the chatterbox thinking mind, and act in ways that really suit us best, so that we can make a more effective difference for the people we work to help, support and encourage.
