Consulting Services, nationwide, for anyone involved in Domestic Violence situations, anyone being Harassed/Stalked, involved in Child Protection Investigations, and more... We offer comprehensive consulting and support services to Divorce and Family Attorneys when their clients are being investigated by local CPS. At all times, someone from C P Strategy, who has years of experience, can be present to protect the client's rights. We will go to, and remain in the clients' homes when the local CPS will be in the home, conducting their investigations. We will also attend, with the client, any Family Team Meeting, Elevated Risk/Pre-Court Conference, or any meeting- since the local CPS does not allow lawyers to be present during any aspect of their CPS investigation. We know what the investigator is asking, and where they are going in their line of questioning, and can advise the client of this if/before they answer any question. We can also testify in court, should there be any differences between the client's account and that of the CPS/Caseworker. And, we can provide the client with services, to meet their schedule or needs, to pre-empt the "kitchen soup" of services/service plan the CPS might throw at them. We offer full array of services to School Professionals on how to handle bullying, teasing, potential CPS cases, or any threats/violence-based situations. We provide guidance on how to handle complex situations that may not need immediate CPS involvement, or with providing additional steps that weren't previously considered prior to making a CPS report. We provide services on how to handle a child who makes a threat to another student or professional, as well as regarding best practices on when to contact local authorities (Police and/or CPS).
