Control & Electric Pty Ltd is a wholly Australian owned company based in Canberra and was first established in 1980. The company is a leading provider of building management systems and energy services to the Canberra and Newcastle areas. Our speciality is our ability to provide our customers with a total package of electrical and controls for mechanical HVAC installations in the ACT and surrounding regions. This allows us to combine design drawings, switchboard manufacturing, electrical site installation, automatic controls, analytics, commissioning and back-up service all under the one roof. We believe this combination gives us an advantage over our competitors to offer this package of services locally, for which our customers benefit in knowing that all these packages are being coordinated in-house. We have extensive experience in a variety of different buildings such as hospitals, operating theatres, data centres, museum’s, galleries, high security quarantine laboratories, factories and of course office buildings. This experience includes large BMCS installations performed live in occupied buildings where sensitivity to building conditions, building contents and building occupants are of paramount importance. While the strength of our company is with SIEMENS Building controls, mechanical electrical and backup service, we are equally competent in the following fields with respect to electrical and automated control applications.
