About Convalido Consulting

"Convalido" means 'to validate' - and that's the starting point for everything we do. Based on more than 30 years of service, Convalido Consulting delivers strategic computer system validation, software quality and related IT compliance services to the regulated Life Sciences and Healthcare industries, and to software suppliers and IT service providers working in those industries. We specialise in solving strategic IT compliance problems or in ensuring that complex IT projects stay on-track with respect to regulatory compliance. We are currently helping clients - both regulated companies and suppliers - understand the implications of Cloud Computing on regulatory compliance. This involves helping Life Sciences companies to develop Cloud Strategies and helping Cloud service providers develop their compliant services. We are also working with a number of regulated companies and service providers to address issues arising from recent and on-going regulatory inspections - including strategic issues associated with data integrity. There's also the usual on-going projects - helping clients to make sure that their strategic IT assets and systems (such as their Enterprise Resource Management, Adverse Events Management and Clinical Data systems) are validated in compliance with international regulations, regulatory and industry guidance.
