At Convenient Counseling Services, we provide quality therapy by licensed mental health professionals via telehealth. Therapy takes place in a HIPAA-secured online therapy room, and clients have 24/7 access to their client portal, allowing them to retrieve or send documents, send private messages to their therapist, or schedule/reschedule appointments. Often, people face barriers to going to therapy, and therapy quickly moves away from being a priority. With online therapy, many barriers are taken away, allowing clients to focus on the therapy process, and not the other nuance of attending therapy. With online therapy, anonymity is 100% confidential as clients do not have to fear others seeing them walking in or out of a practice. Travel barriers are also excluded, allowing clients to 'go to therapy' in their home, in their office, or wherever they may be at the time of appointment. Many clients find the convenience of scheduling therapy during their children's nap times or bed times to be highly helpful and something they could not previously do with a brick-and-mortar practice.
