About Convergence Group

Convergence Group LLC was formed to bring together the fields of mental health and emergency management with a focus on responders. Too often these fields are siloed, or brought together only after an emergency has occurred, instead of along the entire emergency management cycle or into existing first responder training. We are a group of experienced mental health and emergency management professionals with field experience who have expertise providing consulting services and technical assistance in a wide variety of emergency settings across the United States and the world. We provide training in workforce resilience, disaster mental health, stress management, and trauma recovery to public, private, non-profit, and other organizations including Federal, State, and local government entities. We support all phases of the emergency management cycle and other key areas including public health preparedness, healthcare facility preparedness, mortuary affairs, and more. We provide customized presentations for small and large groups, skill-building workshops, and technical assistance in program development, planning, and recovery.
