About Conversations Therapy and Supervision
Welcome to a unique therapy office for those who are new to life with Psychosis. My primary work is with individuals who have lived experience of Psychosis and also with those who support them (often family members). You may have searched for a therapist, only to learn that it's difficult to find professionals who are willing to work with people who live with Psychosis. But if you've discovered Conversations, you're absolutely in the right place. For the past 20 years, I have happily worked with and learned about those who have live every day with Psychosis. I like to share a word with people that they don't often hear: HOPE. A word that indicated that a diagnosis that includes Psychosis is not a death sentence nor the end of your dreams. It's merely a sidestep until you're back on your feet and equipped with tools to help you navigate the world in a healthy way. When you're ready, I look forward to meeting you!
