Conversia Energia S.r.l. is a company operating in the renewable energies and energy efficiency sector. Founded in 2013 by managers who led Sorgenia Solar, a big player in the Italian PV market belonging to a first level Italian utility, since its constitution in 2005 through February 2013. In addition to the two founders of Sorgenia Solar, also a significant component of the technical and operational staff of that Company is now part of Conversia Energia. Conversia Energia is at present active on the following business lines. • Standard residential PV Plants, based on the experience of the basic team and the collaboration with Sintergi. • Energy Efficiency projects, for private, commercial, industrial and pubic customers, also based on the cooperation with Menowatt GE as far as public lighting systems are concerned. • Support to Investors for transactions in the Italian PV Secondary Market. In the acquisition phase Conversia Energia can support investors to define and execute a suitable investment plan; to individuate the best acquisition targets, to provide the Customer with technical and financial evaluations; to execute Due Diligences and provide Customer with Risk Assessments. Conversia Energia can provide full asset management service, including: to follow the technical and administrative rules evolution, planning / executing and controlling the activities necessary to update the plants characteristics; to control the production; to direct / control the O&M, security and other operational partners; to effect the cost control; to take care of invoicing and cash collection; to manage relationships with land owners, banks, institutions, etc.; to prepare periodic reports for the investors. For its activities Conversia Energia can rely on a team of professionals in the main technical, commercial, financial and legal sectors , an Installer network for plants of different sizes, a well trained commercial network.
