About Convert-A-Stair
Convert-A-Stiar LLC brings a patented stair system from manufacturing through distribution to the residential single family and multi-family home construction industry. Our stair boxes are made with precise AutoCad designs, using engineered wood products, and manufactured on CNC machine technology giving the stair industry a highly reliable structure using exact measurements and with item codes. Having item codes for all parts of the stairbox components means the manufacturing is repeatable giving our builders peace-of-mind with quality standards unseen in the stair industry. We are the only company that has partnered with the traditional home builders through their material supply distribution channels along with the flooring vertical to integrate flooring with the stairs. This integration allows a builder or home owner to fully customize the home stair covers with engineered flooring covers such as laminates, LVP, or traditional hardwoods. We partner with the flooring companies and their installation teams to perform the job correctly the first time, every time! Convert-A-Stair also produces a full array of tread image covers for new installations and retrofit markets. Our patented image covers opens up a whole new world of possibilities for an existing home to receive an easy stair cover upgrade to go along with any new flooring that is being installed. High standards and results include: 1) Using engineered materials guarantees repeat construction, load, and measurement characteristics. 2) All construction is performed in an environmentally controlled manufacturing facility using CNC and other advanced machines creating a repeatable construction method using item numbers and job codes. 3) CAS designers will assist with including AutoCad modules for your stairs in the house plans. 4) These stair systems will be installed during the framing stage, completely eliminating any hazardous temporary stairs or need to protect them from the elements.
