Cookstix was born from a simple question: why does chicken stock—a kitchen staple—so often go to waste? As avid home cooks (and chicken soup pros), cousins Taryn and Val were tired of stashing half-used cartons in the fridge or relying on bouillon packed with unpronounceable ingredients. There had to be a better way to get real, flavorful stock without the time, mess, or compromises.
