Coaching Consultation Coaching Sessions Family Meeting – Teleconference – Unlimited Participants Family Meeting – Face to Face – Unlimited Participants Mastering Your Skills Modules • Developing Communication • Setting Boundaries • Self-Care• 90 – Day Intensive Family Strength Builder Program Full Day Workshop Entire Family: • Step 1: Initial Resiliency Assessment • Step 2: Family Dynamics 2-3 hrs of family coaching, goal setting, tools, and follow up call • Step 3: Taking Stock: face to face coaching 2 hrs what are we good at, what can we work on. • Step 4: Self-Sufficiency role & responsibilities • Step 5: The Family Plan After Workshop: • Monthly coaching sessions entire family 2 hours each month • Review of goals and areas to improve upon • Final Resiliency Assessment – Review Action Plan Family Dynamics Program: Each part of this program has a component that the clients must work on at home and bring completed to each teleconference session. This program is similar to the 90-Day program but you are more independent and do the majority of work on your own.
