Coolife Holdings Inc. is an integrated Real Estate Investment Firm with a diverse portfolio of Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, High End Furnished Executive Condos and Large Family Oriented Duplexes. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Coolife was incorporated in 2009 by its current Managing Director Tim McCool, a young energetic entrepreneur and partner recipient of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 by Caldwell Partners in 2007. Tim has successfully built Coolife from the ground up and has put together a strong, capable and dedicated team to help realize his vision. Specializing in the Renovation and Repositioning of Muti-family units throughout Western Canada, Coolife is strategically positioned to offer Property Syndication Investing. Our unique and holistic business model means we work collaboratively with each client on every project leveraging our substantial relationships with Developers, Property Owners and Investors. In addition to Asset Management, Coolife can be thought of as a managing partner; one who understands its client’s interests, insights, and investment strategies by working collectively to develop the perfect blend of profit, security and balanced life styling. At the turn of 2010, Coolife created 3 client specific programs designed for property investors to ensure these capital expenditures are carefully targeted to maximize results, with an eye on initial rate of return, operation cost as well as impact on long-term asset value.
