About Cooper's Gem Mine
Cooper’s Gem Stone Mine is a fun and educational experience for all school children. We proudly serve children and senior adults from ages 1 to 91. Miners of all ages enjoy looking for natural gem treasures. Prospectors will find a variety of gemstones and minerals. Prospectors will get to keep what they find! All materials needed for sluicing is provided for each child. We are now accepting reservations for the 2006-2007 school year. We are open through the end of October, so don’t forget about the fall school trip schedule. Our spring reservations fill up very quickly, so call soon to make sure your group will be able to come on the most desirable day for your class. We can accept up to 125 children at one given time, this enables schools to bring the entire class in one trip. Please, do not hesitate to call or email us for additional information.
