Cooperativa Sociale Smart ONLUS aims to generate professionalism by increasing youth employment in the socio-cultural sector. For educational purposes, which in the most authentic sense means "pull out" and express, we accompany young people in the development of their skills, turning them into a real opportunities for the future through the management of spaces, organization of events, paths of personalized training, social regeneration activities and through the development of specific projects. By contrasting the typical categorization of "uneasiness" too often used in the social sphere, the Cooperative promotes an antithetical development, working "on the ease", or promoting dynamics of development of the strengths and abilities of our collaborators and our clients, going to prevent situations of social difficulty and promoting healthy dynamics and results useful for the community. This development is possible thanks to the Youth Work, a role recognized by the European Youth Strategy. Youth Work, "socio-educational animation", is a working practice in which educators see themselves as equal partners of young people, in a process of mutual learning that aims to create a circular economy based on knowledge, education, innovation, adaptability and active involvement in society. Youth Work allows young people to develop their human capital, strengthen the social one and change any risky behavior. The objectives of our socio-educational animation are: participation in society, non-traditional learning, mobility, information and increasing youth employment.
