Powered and part of the UNIONKUL Developments. — THE VENUES & SPACES Located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen Dockside’s multipurpose event venues and spaces are perfectly suited for events like fine dinning, sampling, brand experiences , filming, pop-up showrooms/galleries, casual celebrations and more. All our spaces are situated in the Copenhagen dockside district, Nordhavn; all with locations complemented by the surrounding sea, sky, harbour , the industrial coolness and panoramic skyline views of Copenhagen. We are able to host your event and cater to you every need with our experienced chefs, waitors and service staff. You can choose one of our preplaned event “packages” or get a full customized experience in collaboration with our experienced hospitality team. THE FOOD Let us take care of the culinary side. We aim to manifest as many unique culinary experiences as possible. All menus consists of 4-6 dishes/courses. We arrange the menu according to seasonality and only prepare and cook food, as conditions permit, from local organic produce with great attention to sustainability as far as our standard of quality permits. We also only work with sustainable organic products. Our expression is minimalistic and product-oriented gastronomy. To put it bluntly, simplistic food with sophisticated taste. We recommend 4-6 courses to enhance and cultivate a unique experience and an aestetic plate. THE WINE Let us pair your dinner with the best of wine. Our philosophy is very simple.
