COPREM, with logistic and commercial bases in Italy and France, produces piping systems and vibrated compressed concrete box culverts for water and drainage pipelines, retention basins , technological tunnels and cycle-pedestrian underground passages, with an offer of products and services characterized by a strong innovation for the safeguard of the environment and for the reduction of the environmental impact of the works under construction. It is the exclusive distributor for Europe of the HDPE liner produced by Doha Waterproof Factory, the leading manufacturer of waterproofing systems used worldwide for the protection of bridges and viaducts, water reservoirs, artificial lakes, sewage containment basins, potable water tanks, underground parking lots. Perfectly integrated in the green philosophy that defines more and more smart cities, the new Coprem Smart Pipe is a patented 24/24 video inspection system for new and existing pipelines. The reduction of the environmental impact is ensured by the post-tensioning systems of the box culverts that make possible underground cycle-pedestrian crossings of roads, highways and railways, with only one night of traffic closure: this is the technology "Coprem Zero Impact Underpasses", already used in more than 300 construction sites, half of which in the railway sector with RFI. The integrated protection and sealing system of the structures, in the HDPE Lining (High Density Polyethylene) or Welded Joint version, consists of applying a high-density polyethylene liner (HDPE T-Grip) to the inner surface of the concrete, which guarantees the absolute impermeability of the pipeline and the durability of the design parameters for more than 100 years: more than 1,200,000 m² of liner have been installed in more than 400 construction sites with more than 1,100 km of X-rayed and certified extrusion welds.
