About Coquí Consulting

Coquí Consulting LLC is a woman and Latinx owned small business based in Lynnwood, WA. We are a social justice driven firm with experience working in nonprofit, governments, and educational and community spaces led by advocates. Our expertise is in the areas of facilitation, training and coaching. Our mission is to help people heal and transform themselves so that they can better lead and create positive change in the world. We do this by centering relationship and trust building, using participatory processes, and building capacity to achieve our client’s goals. We are interested in supporting groups and organizations in developing equitable practices, increasing staff comforts and capacity to engage in and manage conflict, and growing accountability measures. We also have a history of working in the environmental sector and food systems, often doing project management, operations support and strategic planning and advising.
