Bespoke Public Speaking Workshop and One to One Coaching in London. Already dreading that big presentation, job interview or wedding speech? We've all been there, and that's why we have taken it upon ourselves to create our unique and resolutely non-corporate training which will empower you with the skills you need to transform your fears about public speaking into excitement. Our team is made up of Naomi, a freelance consultant, Helena, a project manager, and Alice, an actress and voice coach. We're three young professionals who have worked hard to overcome our own public speaking nightmares and would now like to share our stories of how we have learnt to manage our anxieties and even enjoy public speaking. Using techniques drawn from our diverse backgrounds we will teach you easily implemented exercises drawn from voice studies, storytelling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help people find their feet and their confidence whilst communicating publicly.
