Based on the Fylde Coast we are passionate about property and creating beautiful living spaces for people to enjoy and thrive in. We see providing high standards of housing and living spaces as much more than a business, we see it as calling. We are developing a portfolio of properties across buy to let, serviced accommodation, social housing and H.M.O's that reflect our own high values and the serious responsibility we owe to our tenants and guests and all that goes along with being a responsible landlord and business owner. Formed from an idea during the first lockdown in the Spring of 2020, after seeing on television the plight of those who were losing their homes and livelihoods due to the pandemic, we wanted to act and create a legacy that others would want to aspire to. Our first property was a modest two bed mid-terrace in Lostock Hall - a suburb of Preston - which had been empty and for sale for three years. After a full refurbishment, that property has been a very happy home for the same family ever since. We are an ambitious family owned company who want to change perceptions about property owners and raise standards across the private rental sector (PRS). A thriving PRS is vital to any economy and whilst progress is being made, there is still a long way to go to ensure the system is successful and fair and works to the benefit of all. At Corbellin we will always play our part in securing that ambition and continue to provide great living spaces.
