About Corcillum Pty

Corcillum (cor-SEE-lum) means heart (as the seat of intelligence); the brain. We are building a next generation digital coronary twin to meet our mission of preventing 100,000 myocardial infarctions by 2035 and one million by the middle of the century. Digital twins are virtual models of coronary arteries incorporating clinical, imaging, genetic, molecular, social, environmental, and physics factors. These models enable dynamic simulation, intervention assessment, and outcome monitoring but have not reached clinical maturity. Corcillum is leveraging our patented artificial intelligence, coronary physics simulations, and our high-performance cloud computing platform, called corSuite®, to build a next generation digital twin suited for clinical integration. CorSuite®, the new home of coronary analytics, integrates all coronary imaging pathways in one place: intravascular, invasive angiography and non-invasive computed tomography imaging, to generate high-resolution anatomical models suitable for personalised assessments. These anatomical models then ‘plug in’ diverse sources of data to give new insights into coronary disease. No more tedious, time-consuming analyses; no more expensive capital costs. CorSuite® helps you see what your imaging can’t see and lets you ask questions that previously you would have never dreamed to ask. corSuite is currently for research use only and is not cleared for clinical or diagnostic use.
